• 23:12:13: @dollarbinblues I tested with 4 different phones after unplugging everything else, so it wasn't on my end. I suspect mishap at theirs.
  
• 23:12:55: @dollarbinblues I did work tech support for NCF for a few years, so I used to talk people through this sort of problem all the time.
